Discover a Maya paradise where their kings and courtesans reveled in direct contact with nature through meditation and relaxation.

The sacred blue cenote, whose transparent water keeps the secret of the baths of the Maya kings and their courtesans, is the focus of our developing eco-archaeological park.

The entrance to our park

We are strategically situated in the heart of the archaeological zone of Chichen Itza, a short stroll to the ceremonial centers. Surrounded by exotic plants, flowers and lush vegetation, birds, butterflies and forest animals cohabit in a healthy, harmonious balance.

Here in the Maya world we are developing a five star hotel complex so that our visitors and guests may experience a new closeness to nature and at the same time be accommodated in guestrooms offering all the modern comforts.

What our typical room will look like

Our guests will stay in individual cottages

Our palapas (oval Mayan homes) are specially built to meet 21st century expectations of comfort, ringed with delightful plants and flowers native to Maya territory.
Our restaurant hacienda XAYBE'H offers exceptional cuisine and a great variety of regional dishes. It has outside dining, as well as a fully air conditioned dining room with full views of our park.
