	The Piramide Inn ($) near Chichen Itza - within walking distance of Chichen Itza.
	The Lodge ($$$$) at Uxmal - beautiful hotel adjacent to the entrance to Uxmal.
	The Rancho Esmeralda ($) - a working macadamia, coffee and horse ranch next to the entrance to Tonina.
	The Hacienda Teya - ($$) just outside of Merida.  A limited number of rooms and a great restaurant.
	The Macan Che  - ($) at Izamal, the historic colonial town near Merida.
	The Playa Azul - ($$$$) on Cozumel.  A great place for scuba diving, snorkeling, fishing.
	Villas de Caribe ($) near Akumal and Tulum
	Sin Duda Villas ($$$) small hotel near the frontier of Belize, near the village of Xcala, private, beautiful beach.
