| Dining at The Lodge is a unique
experience. The restaurant's a la carte menu includes Mexican
classics, international standbys and a selection of regional cooking - a
cuisine so different from "traditional" Mexican fare it might be
from another country. Yucatecan cooks are adept at blending herbs
and spices into a range of sauces and sassy marinades. Regular menu
changes keep things interesting.
