This was actually based on this recipe, a bitter, but I used darker malts and different hops (with similar Alpha Acids). I did soak the grain bag ahead of time as in the Barrel bottom recipe. Not bad, but in hindsight I think this brew was the beginning of the long slow decline. Rating: ***
