Brewed: April 17, 1996
Australian light malt extract into which we sparged some crystal malt and flaked rye. The flaked rye didn't seem to add much body so I put in a further 1 lb of 40 lovibund malt. I tried the new WYeast 'Thames Valley Ale' for the first time on this one. Was very cloudy, and had an extremely fruity aftertaste which wasn't unpleasant but not really what I was going for.
