Roast Asparagus with Pistachios

Ingredients --  Ovo-Lacto Vegetarian

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Place asparagus on a baking sheet, drizzle with oil, toss to coat.  Season to taste with salt and pepper.  Arrange the asparagus in a single layer.  Roast on center of oven for 10 minutes only.  Remove from oven, sprinkle with the pistachios and Parmesan.  Return to the oven for 5 minutes.  Serve immediately.
