Avo-Cucumber Smoothie or Gazpacho (cold soup)

Ingredients --  Vegan (unless you thicken it with yogurt?)

Blend all ingredients except salt & pepper & garnishes.  Chill in fridge for 30 minutes, if possible.  Add salt & ground black pepper to taste, then blend again.
Needs a little zip.  Ideally coat the rim of your bowl or glass with Taijin.
